In the lesser known city of Ono, located in the Fukui Prefecture resides one of the most remarkable sights in Japan. Echizen Ono Castle is also known as "The Castle in the Sky", and when the conditions are perfect, it's not hard to see why. There are a number of bigger Japanese castles, but what this one lacks in scale, it makes up for with a dreamlike sight to behold.
